The One Ups, a funk/jazz band that plays video game themes and other such geek-friendly compositions have put their version of the Tristram theme from Diablo I up on their Myspace page. These guys played most recently at the PAX event in Seattle and their arrangement of Matt Uelmen’s iconic theme is an interesting take on the classic. You may enjoy some of their other game music as well, so check it out.

Let’s keep things correct, especially that the guy deserves our utmost respect (as his music was a major factor for developing my undying love for the game) and his name is actually spelled Matt UELMEN.
